Our distance learning courses provide you with
flexible options from many of our campuses so you
can tailor your study to suit your needs. There
are also a range of online courses available that
enable you to study from wherever you are,
provided you have reasonable access to the
Internet. Don't forget to contact us for the

Online courses
North Coast TAFE uses web-based materials
designed to engage and stimulate the learner, not
simply a collection of resources. Students are
supported and guided in their learning by
teachers with interaction by email, forums and
chat groups. Learning anytime, anywhere. Online
courses can be accessed from home, in the
workplace or at TAFE. This allows you to continue
your education at a time, and in a way, that
meets your needs.

Degree programs - go higher
TAFE NSW is now a higher education provider which
means we can offer bachelor degree and pathway
degree programs. The first TAFE NSW degree
pathway that will be offered in North Coast TAFE
is the Associate Degree of Accounting at our Port
Macquarie campus. Graduate Diploma of Leadership
(VET Sector) The online Graduate Diploma of
Leadership (VET Sector) is a contemporary
leadership course designed to help you develop a
new set of knowledge, skills and capabilities to
lead and manage in emerging and complex contexts.
The two year part-time postgraduate diploma will
provide high level academic and practice based
development for new and existing vocational
education and training (VET) practitioners to
become leaders in their profession. The Graduate
Certificate in Leadership course requires six
months full-time study or one year part-time
study and acts as an exit point for those
students who do not wish to progress to the
Graduate Diploma of Leadership (VET Sector).
