Mission

• The mission of the Jimmie Johnson Foundation is
  to assist children, families
• and communities in need throughout the United
  States.
• The foundation strives to help everyone,
  particularly children, pursue their dreams.

History

• Chandra and Jimmie Johnson officially announced
  the Jimmie Johnson
• Foundation in February 2006.
• Jimmie Johnson is in his seventh season as a
  driver in the NASCAR
• Sprint Cup Series. He is the two-time
  reigning Sprint Cup Champion.
• To date, the foundation has committed more
  than 1.7 million to various organizations.

Partner Programs
Jimmie has been a member of the National
Celebrity Cabinet of the American Red Cross since
2002. Jimmie has teamed with Lowes, his primary
sponsor in NASCAR, to help raise money for the
National Disaster Relief Fund with Racing for
Relief, a per lap contribution program. Jimmie
also serves as the spokesperson for the Annual
NASCAR Foundation Blood and Marrow Drive.
Jimmie Johnson has been involved with the
Hendrick Marrow Program since his rookie season
at Hendrick Motorsports in 2002. In addition to
participating in events to benefit the Hendrick
Marrow Program such as the Celebrity Golf
Classic, Jimmie also serves as the spokesperson
for the Annual NASCAR Foundation Blood and Marrow
Drive.
Jimmie and Chandra Johnson serve on the National
Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish. They have been
council members since 2005. For the past two
years, Jimmie and Chandra have participated in
Destination Joy, the signature annual campaign
for Make A Wish. Jimmie also grants numerous
wishes at the race track each year.

Partner Programs
The Jimmie Johnson Foundation made its first
grant to the Victory Junction Gang Camp, which
provides camping experiences free of charge to
children with chronic and life-threatening
illnesses. The foundation committed the funds
to build Victory Lanes, a state of the art
four-lane bowling alley, that allows these
special kids to experience the childhood joy of
bowling their first strike in the comfort of a
medically safe environment.

Partner Programs
The Jimmie Johnson Foundation has committed
nearly 1 million to San Diego Habitat for
Humanity, Inc. to build four homes in Jimmies
hometown of El Cajon, California. The homes will
be built on the newly created Foundation Lane.
Jimmie and Chandra ceremoniously raise the wall
with Robert Niblock ( Lowes) and Cheryl Keenan
(Habitat for Humanity).

Jimmie Johnson Foundation Auction Highlights

• The Jimmie Johnson Foundation auction site
  launched in February 2006. Items have been
  listed continuously since that time.
• The foundation averages 10-12 items at any one
  time.
• The majority of items are Jimmie Johnson
  autographed items. We have also done a Friends
  Of promotion and partnered with other
  organizations on promotions.
• Each item is mailed with a thank you letter and a
  Certificate of Authenticity.
• To date, the site has raised more than 200,000
  for the Jimmie Johnson Foundation.
• The site is maintained by a JJF staff member. It
  could also be done by an agency, intern or
  volunteer.
