2006 (with defrayment until 2008). - Both programmes are fully committed - theres
no likelihood for additional bidding rounds. - The Cohesion report mentions the actions from
both programmes, and doesnt say there should be
further dedicated programmes..but, its still
not entirely clear what will happen.
