Responsibilities

• Decorating a variety of cakes, pies, cupcakes,
  parfait cups
• - Cakes include seasonal cakes, fresh fruit
  cakes, birthday cakes, cream cakes, cheesecakes,
  etc.
• - Pies include meringue pies, cream pies,
  tortes, etc.
• Preparing creams and custards for cakes
• Preparing cake orders for shipment to 3 other
  Safeway locations
• Clean and sanitize workplace

• I learned many new techniques from this coop
  experience that I will be able to use in the
  future
• Coop was a very valuable experience
• Gained new skills while strengthening old skills
• Able to decorate cakes faster and strengthened
  time management skills
