Victims
A few years ago, California seemed plagued by an
epidemic of wildfires. The fires consumed
hundreds of homes, leaving many without a place
to go. Coastal Hideaways in Santa Barbara created
an outreach program to house the fire victims in
their vacation rentals for special rates. Since
beginning the program several years ago, Coastal
Hideaways has continued the program each year.
