Please, everyone remember, this is a FUN Raising
Activity to Benefit the Scouts. It is a way for
each family that participates to add monies to
their scouts account for future activities. It
is your stuff, that you tag, that your account
gets 100 of the monies added to it.
April 24, 2008 - EVENING SET- UP - time to be
announced April 25, 2008 - RUMMAGE SALE 900 am
- 300 pm April 26, 2008 - RUMMAGE SALE 900 am
- NOON April 26, 2008 - ½ PRICE RUMMAGE SALE NOON
- 300 pm (any remaining items will be
donated to a charity)
- Each item is to have been priced BEFORE bringing
to the Scout Hut - (increments of 0.25)
- Mark sizes on tag for clarity
- Mark each item with scouts 3 initials (ex. John
Adams Smith JAS) - If item is not to go ½ price OR to charity on
Saturday _at_ NOON - Mark item with a RED X
- Please make it VERY visible
- PLAN TO PICK UP RED X ITEMS AT NOON ON
SATURDAY - OR
- THE ITEMS WILL GO ½ PRICE AND/OR TO
CHARITY - Bake goods are acceptable please mark -
initials price - Donations will gladly be accepted - proceeds
will go to Troop - 71s account and off set advertising cost
- To obtain scout credit, one adult from each
participating scouts family - MUST work a 3 hour shift.

Troop 71s Annual Rummage Sale
- Finalized hand out targeted for April 1st
- Will be an A and B plan in case of rain or
other acts - Sign up work sheets will be posted
- Important for scout to participate in sale
- Each scout with items for sale needs to work
- a parent of scout needs to work
- Lost and Found EVERONE Check please -
- any left over items will be priced and sold at
Rummage Sale, - with proceeds going to the troop account
- Remember Mark Item with an X if you do not want
that - item to go ½ price on Saturday _at_ noon
- If item(s) are not to go to charity plan to be
at Scout Hut - _at_ 200 on Saturday to pick item(s) up
- each family is responsible for their own pick up
of none
