- 14 floors, 505 rooms (262 doubles), 8 suites
- 26 meeting rooms, 37,357 sq. ft. total flexible
meeting space
- The 22,784 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom, divisible into
8 sections, hosts up to 1,400 for banquets
- Extremely large lounge area capable of seating
900 people
- Two enclosed, but outdoor courtyards
- Hotel chefs are accustomed to cooking
vegetarian/vegan, Indian meals because of Indian
conventions held there before

Agreements In Place
- Purchase 400 rooms to retain exclusivity of hotel
(with exception to preferred guests)
- All meeting rooms (including Grand Ballroom) will
be reserved for us for all 4 days
- Hotel will provide and serve 3 breakfasts, 2
lunches, and 2 dinners (we will outsource an
Indian dinner). Have arranged so we can bring in
our own snacks.
- Because Starwood Preferred Guests have the right
to reserve rooms, alcohol will not be removed
from the premises

Agreements In Place (cont.)
- Front and left side parking lots will be reserved
for the use of YJA and we are attempting to get
the top floor of parking garage for outdoor
activities
- We will be able to outsource A/V equipment at no
charge
- Two meeting rooms will be reserved a week before
convention for storage purposes and 25 boxes can
be shipped to hotel at no cost
- Payment schedule is as follows10 April, 30
June, 60 post-conv.
