1Outgoing Referral Process
Step 1 The referring agent e-mails or faxes the
referral information to the Outbound Referral
Coordinator and follows up with a call, if extra
instructions are necessary
AT ALL TIMES Contact between referring agent and
client is encouraged, as well as contact between
referring agent and destination agent
Step 2 Outbound Coordinator contacts the referred
customer within 24 hours
Step 3 The referral is placed with a destination
broker/ relocation department within the CARTUS
Network within 24 hours
Step 7 Your Company Name Relo Dept will let the
referring agent know of any status changes (i.e.,
pending, closed out, etc.)

Step 4 The Destination Broker provides Your
Company Name Relo Dept with the name and
telephone number of the assigned agent through
CARTUS Broker Center within 24 hours
Step 6 Your Company Name Relo Dept will keep in
contact with the Destination Broker via Broker
Center
Step 5 Your Company Name Relo Dept provides the
referring agent with the assigned agents name
and telephone number via e-mail within 24 hours
of receipt
