• CISC 367 070 High Performance Computing
• how to effectively use clusters, MPI
  programming, performance issues and performance
  tuning
• CISC 367 071 Tools for the Software Cycle
• integrated development environments, version
  control, software testing, performance profiling,
  debugging tools goals, use in practice,
  technology behind the scenes
• Honors credit available / Minimal programming

• First 2 weeks
• Mondays 1 ½ hour each class 3 hours lab
• Tuesdays Guest speaker,
• Talk to scientists 2 hour lab time
• Wednesdays 2 hours each class lab time
• Thursdays/Fridays excursions
• Saturdays/Sundays local outings
