  integrated, sustainable, regional electricity
  market

• Revised ECOWAS Master Plan 2004
• World Bank 350 million WAPP APL loan program
  approved 2005
• WAPP organisation established as association of
  utilities 2006
• WAPP donor coordination (10th meeting of
  committee, Paris Sept 2006)
• Operation Manual for interconnected system, Sept
  2006
• Next key activities planned
• Close finance for Volta-Momé Hagou-Sakété 330kV
  interconnection (Ghana-Togo-Benin)
