Why Is He Famous?

• He is the Co-Creator of Superman
• He is one of the most famous people in comic book
  history

Early Life

• He was born on July 10, 1914, at Toronto, Canada
• When he was nine years old he moved to Cleveland,
  Ohio with his family
• He became a great artist when he moved to
  Cleveland, because he took art classes there
• He also meet Jerome Siegal, Jerome and Joe
  Shuster become great friends and eventually they
  become partners
• A science fiction novel called Gladiator
  influenced Jerome Siegal and Joe Shuster to
  create Superman

Career

• In 1939 Superman was finally printed on newspaper
• They sold the first story of Superman for 130
• Jerome and Joe started to sell stories and
  pictures of Superman to DC comic
• Well Joe and Jerome didnt have official rights
  for Superman so they eventually they lost the of
  Superman

Main Accomplishments

• Since Joe Shuster and Jerome Siegal lost the
  rights of Superman, Joe Shuster and Jerome Siegal
  started to sue DC comics for 130 000 at the New
  York Supreme Court
• Joe and Jerome sued DC comics again for 32 000
  each year and he got rich because of that

• He has a cousin named Frank Shuster
• Frank Shuster is a really funny comedian
• Frank Shuster made a comedy team with John Louis
  Wayne

Later Life

• Joe Shuster stopped drawing Superman in the year
  1947
• He died on July 30, 1992, a few days after his
  birthday
• He died because of a heart failure

Conclusion

• I chose Joe Shuster because if there wasnt any
  Superman I wouldnt know a lot about superheroes
  and all these fictional characters
• Also If there wasnt any Superman, Superman
  wouldnt have been as popular
• That why I think he made an impact to the world,
  and that why I chose him
