This is one of the largest zoos in the country. The zoo also features a bird park which spans over 180 acres. Another highlight of the zoo is the Marine Park where you can enjoy several shows. The Safari Park covers an area of eight kilometers and you can drive through the open air zoo in your own vehicle. However, you need to keep in mind few rules. Firstly, don’t honk and secondly, refrain from feeding the animals and don’t step out of your vehicle however, windows can be opened. While driving around, you would come across animals such as rhinos, camels, zebras and antelopes. Bird watchers visit the park to admire pelicans, nightmarish marabou storks and cranes.
