  • In this video I want to tell you what
    constipation is.
  • There are a lot of ideas about what constitutes
    constipation. I want to give a simple rule for
    knowing whether you have constipation and whether
    you should be concern about how frequently you
    have a bowel movement.
  • But first let me tell you this,

  • The colon is one of the most important structures
    in your body. It responsible for getting rid of
    that part of the food you eat that is not
    digestible or has no nutritional value for your
    body.

There are two problems that the colon has to deal
with
  • It has to deal with food that is considered JUNK
    FOOD and has very little nutritional value or
    natural fiber.
  • I has to deal with meat that has been process to
    extend its shelf live. This meat has additive
    that are detriment to your colon wall.

Why do these two problems affect your regularity?
  • JUNK FOOD which is found in packages and cans or
    at fast food or good restaurants has little
    fiber. Fiber is a miracle worker in your colon.
    If your colon still functions like it should,
    then it is sensitive to the presents of fiber as
    it rubs against your colon walls. This rubbing
    activates your colon walls to start contractions
    to push the accumulated fecal matter, know as
    chyme, down your colon tubes.

Without fiber in your diet, you will be
susceptible to constipation.
  • If you are a meat eater, then eating processed
    foods that contain preservatives can really
    comprise your health. A Preservative that
    extends the meats shelf live and a dye that give
    a nice red color can be carcinogenic. If these
    carcinogens remain in your colon to long they can
    create a variety of disease including colon
    cancer.

  • Meat does not have fiber and if your diet lacks
    fiber then your colon will have a hard time
    moving the indigestible parts of the meat out of
    your colon. This will allow those preservative
    to be in contact with you colon wall too long.

  • It was Dr Bernard Jensen that said, Death begins
    in the colon. And, it was Arthur Janov, of The
    Primal Scream that said All disease starts in
    the mind.

  • Both of these natural practitioners knew that the
    cause of disease was not what conventional
    medicine thought or really cared about. It is in
    the mind where disease begins and it is in the
    colon where disease is manifested because of
    constipation, which allows the toxins to
    accumulate and for bacteria to form and distort
    the function of the colon.

So what is the solution to constipation?
  • First you have to know whether you have
    constipation.
  • If you have two meals a day, then you need to
    have two bowel movements per day.
  • It takes around 20 to 26 hours for the food you
    eat to be completely processed and waste
    eliminated.

  • So you can see that if you have 2 big meals daily
    then you should have 2 good bowel movements every
    day.
  • If you have three big meals daily, then you
    should have three bowel movements every day.

  • If you eat two meals a day and have only one
    bowel movement, then you are constipated. The
    chyme in your colon is staying in your too long.
  • If you have two meals a day and only have one
    bowel movement every two days then you are
    definitely constipated.
