Well Records - 1 Completion Reports - 2

1. Pursuant to Section 212(b) of the Oil and Gas Act
   and Section 78.122(a) of Chapter 78 of the Oil
   and Gas Regulations, a Well Record must be
   submitted to the Department within thirty (30)
   days of cessation of drilling or altering a well.
2. Pursuant to Section 212(b) of the Oil and Gas Act
   and Section 78.122(b) of Chapter 78 of the Oil
   and Gas Regulations, a Completion Report must be
   submitted to the Department within thirty (30)
   days of completion of the well.
