Added exclusions include hazardous materials or
chemicals, explosives, perishable goods, jewelry
furs, guns ammo, cigarettes liquor, or any
item that violates your lease agreement.Contents
coverage may be purchased in limits of 5,000
10,000 or 25,000. A 500 per claim
deductible applies, regardless of the coverage
limit selected.
Property insurance covers your interest in the
unit you have leased. It is written with one low
rate charged monthly with your lease payment.

written on an all-risks of
physical damage
form.
The most common perils
covered are fire, lightning,

hail, windstorm, theft and vandalism. Some of
the most common exclusions are flood, earthquake,
normal wear tear, pollution, nuclear exposures,
and transit. Added exclusions consist of
units which contain hazardous substances or
chemicals, explosives, perishable goods, jewelry
furs, guns ammo, cigarettes liquor, or any
item that violates your lease agreement. A
1,000 per-claim deductible applies.
