Features and CRs cont.
  • The following list of features do not have LOH
impact but will be summarized in this
    presentation
  • F-39024 (CR 2173)
  • F-37952 / F-40701 (CR 2301)

5
F-38889 (CR 2134)
  • Current Process
  • For REQTYP J, requests to change the service
address on listing only accounts must be
submitted manually, using the EUMI field.
  • Expected Process
  • With the implementation of this feature, requests
to change the service address on listing only
accounts will be handled electronically, using
    the EUMI field.

6
F-38889 (CR 2134) cont.
  • What is affected with this change
  • LOH changes to ELMS6 and ELMS10
  • Made changes to REQTYP-J R/C/O tables
  • Made changes in the LSR, EU, and DL Data
    Dictionaries.

7
F-39589 (CR 2210)
  • Current Process
  • LSRs that need to utilize the NCON field must be
    submitted manually.
  • Expected Process
  • Upon implementation of this feature, if the NCON
field is populated on a REQ A, ACT N or T, the
system will validate the service address only.
The service order will be generated with the LOC
    the CLEC provides.
  • What is affected with this change
  • LOH changes for ELMS6 and ELMS10
  • Made changes to REQTYPA R/C/O tables.

8
F-38702 (CR 2191)
  • Current Process
  • The Ordinance (ORDN) field is not returned in the
    Parsed CSR Response
  • Expected Process
  • When a Parse CSR Query is executed and the BOCRIS
CSR contains Ordinance (ORDN) number, the data
shall be returned in the ORDN field on the Parsed
    CSR Response.
  • What is affected with this change
  • LOH changes for ELMS10
  • Added the ORDN field to the EDI and TAG Pre-
    Order Data Dictionaries
  • Added the ORDN field to the Pre-Order PCSRR
transaction grid for EDI and TAG

9
F-38694 (CR 2191)
  • Current Process
  • When executing a Parsed CSR query the valid
values of J, K, L and P are applicable as entries
    for the FPI field.
  • Expected Process
  • When executing a Parsed CSR query the valid
values of J, K, L and P will no longer be
    applicable for the FPI field.
  • What is affected with this change
  • LOH changes for ELMS10
  • Modified the Valid Entries in the FPI field in
the EDI and TAG Pre-Order Data Dictionaries

10
F-38697 (CR 2191)
  • Current Process
  • Currently the valid values for the FPI field are
    E, A, B, J, K, L, O, P, R, S and T.
  • Expected Process
  • The valid values J, K, L and P will no longer be
valid and will be removed from the FPI field as
    valid values.
  • What is affected with this change
  • LOH changes for ELMS10
  • Changed the valid values in the FPI field on the
Ordering RS, PS, and DIDDODPBX Data Dictionaries

11
F-38700 (CR 2191)
  • Current Process
  • The Ordinance Number (ORDN) is a new ELMS 10
field. In the state of Mississippi, orders are
being processed without an ordinance number,
which is required in most counties. LENS does not
display the Service Instruction field nor the
    data that is returned
  • Expected Process
  • With implementation of this feature, the
Ordinance Number (ORDN) will be used to provide
the Ordinance permit number that is required in
counties in the state of Mississippi as
determined by the city, county or state
government agency. With implementation of this
feature, LENS will display the Service
Instruction field along with the data that is
returned. Note This field will also be
applicable in the EDI and TAG schemas.

12
F-38700 (CR 2191) continued

F-38708 (CR 2191)
  • Current Process
  • Currently, the SO, FAINFO, FATN fields in the
Listing Instruction section on the Directory
Listing screen are prohibited. Currently, there
are no ELMS 10 service order generation rules for
the HS, SHTN, SO, FAINFO, FATN, PLSO, PLFAINFO,
PLFATN fields. Currently, the DOI value must be
    0-6
  • Expected Process
  • Add functionality for the SO, FAINFO, FATN
fields in the Listing Instruction section on the
Directory Listing screen. Add ELMS 10 service
order generation rules for the HS, SHTN, SO,
FAINFO, FATN, PLSO, PLFAINFO, PLFATN fields.
With implementation of this feature, the DOI
    value must be 0-7

  • Current Process
  • Currently, LSR forms are submitted electronically
via TCIF 9 and ELMS 6 Industry Maps. Currently,
REQTYP M uses the Resale Form and Port Form.
  • Expected Process
  • With implementation of this feature, LSR forms
will be submitted electronically via separate
ELMS 6 and ELMS 10 Industry Maps. In ELMS 10,
REQTYP M will use the Port Form only. In ELMS 6,
REQTYP M will continue to use the Resale and Port
Forms. The Internal SCHEMA will represent a
combined ELMS 6 and ELMS 10 Industry view.
