You need stamping plates, stamper, scraper than
you can start

How to do
STEP-1 Apply the base coat first... I am using
blue color for the base but you can apply any of
your favorite color. Take the stamping plate and
from the plate, choose the design of your choice
or the design you like the most. Now, apply the
white paint on to the preferred design.
STEP-2 Swipe off the extra paint with the help
of a scrapper. Put the stamp on the design there
on the plate.

STEP-3 Place the stamp and press it on the nails
gently to get the design... and that's it... the
beautiful design will be transferred to the
nails.
STEP-4 Beautify this creative design with the
help of black dots. Next, take red color and draw
small hearts in the shape of "V". This will add
lovely touch!
