• New lay leadership has distilled and prioritized
  parishioners goals for the many different
  ministries at FHC
• Recent engineering report highlighted significant
  future maintenance needed simply to preserve
  status quo over next ten years
• Unique opportunity to acquire contiguous
  properties if deemed necessary/desirable
