22Qualifications for Hire
- Must
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least a C or better in (high school

ability to follow instructions, etc. - Pass medical physical, background check, physical
assessment, drug/alcohol tests

26Co-op Selection Requirements
- Must
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA
- Be recommended by administrators/teachers
- Have a successful interview with Eastman
- Consider an Operator or Mechanic job as a career
choice
