    problems exist in Petrochemical sector.

Qualifications for Hire
  • Must
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have at least a C or better in (high school
    or college)
  • Algebra 1 or higher math, and
  • Chemistry or Biology
  • Pass our qualifying test
  • Computer based
  • Tests math, reasoning ability, psychological fit,
    ability to follow instructions, etc.
  • Pass medical physical, background check, physical
    assessment, drug/alcohol tests

    TSTC-Marshall
  • Provided with an Eastman tuition and fees
    scholarship

  • Must
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA
  • Be recommended by administrators/teachers
  • Have a successful interview with Eastman
  • Consider an Operator or Mechanic job as a career
    choice
