The Homepage
This is the home page you see when you go to
www.elizajen.org. The link bar at the top of the
page shows you where you can go. You can access
Silverchair right from this page. Employees of
the Month are recognized here also.

E.O.M.
When you click on E.O.M., you are taken to the
Employee of the Month page. Each location is
listed as you scroll down the page.

Staff Portal
Clicking on Staff Portal will bring up a prompt
for your username and password. Use the same one
you use to log into work computers. Ease At Work
is a resource available to all employees and
dependent family members and offers things like
short-term counseling, wellness coaching, and
legal consultation. We have a partnership with
Verizon Wireless which offers significant
discounts on service and equipment.

MACS Request
Having computer problems? Click on MACS Request
in the link bar, and you can fill out this form
to get help. When you complete all the required
information, your request is immediately sent to
everyone in the IT department.

Email Logon
The Email Logon link takes you to Outlook Web
Access. Here, you can access your work email
from almost anywhere! Your Outlook calendar and
contacts from your desk computer are available
right from the website also.

Paging
If you need to get ahold of a staff member via
pager, you can do so right from the website.
Just click on the name of the person you are
trying to reach, and you can enter the message.
