The relationship to IPMA Competence Baseline
  • The ICB provides the official definition of the
    competences expected from project management
    personnel by the IPMA for certification using the
    universal IPMA four-level-certification system.
  • It is a general reference document for
    assessment, training materials preparation,
    research purposes, information about the PM
    profession.
