Alitalia - the History

• The Alitalia Group employs 19.600 persons,
  including 12.700 as ground personnel and 6.900 as
  flight staff.
• Alitalia has inaugurated a program for employee
  participation in company management through the
  distribution of 20 of company share stock to its
  own staff.

  Europe, with an average age of just over eight
  years.

Alitalia - the Operations Projects

• 01/10/1999 the building of the new Operation
  Control Center (first phase).
• 01/04/2000 ALITALIA TEAM takes over
  responsibility for scheduled flight operations
  for the whole Alitalia Group. Alitalia Team acts
  as Internal Capacity Provider. The new OCC has
  been set up within the Alitalia Team structure.
