6Getting to Know infoSPOT and the infoSPOT HotBox

infoSPOT Transmitter
(A.) When CLICKED by the consumer, infoSPOT
transmitter sends a personalized Digital ID to an
infoSPOT HotBox receiver.
(B.) The HotBox Receiver sends the Transmitters
Digital ID to the infoSPOT Main Server. The
server recognizes both the infoSPOT Transmitters
ID and the HotBoxs ID and sends the appropriate
HotBox text, video or voice information to the
Transmitters registered device(s) (cellular
phone, email, fax, or other styled devices or
all four devices should the customer so chose).
It also gets logged and mapped on the infoSPOT
Users online account.
Additional Features When the HotBox sends the
Transmitters Digital ID to the Main Server for
delivery of the message, the Digital ID is also
saved and stored on the HotBox owners
(retailers) online log at his/her own personal
infoSPOT account. The information is stored to
show who inquired at the HotBox, time, day,
frequency, their infoSPOT ID which allows the
retailer to follow-up personally on the inquiry,
and other pertinent details and data.
