QDRO process

• Client completes Online or PDF Questionnaire
• We receive completed form, review form and call
  Plan Administrator PA for specific information
  on the Plan
• We prepare first draft of QDRO based on Plan
  requirements and submit to you and PA for review
  and Pre-approval .

• We make any changes the client or PA request or
  require
• We provide client with final copy of QDRO along
  with instructions and sample cover letter to
  Judge for entry
• PA will receive copy of Signed QDRO directly from
  Judge and then contact client to facilitate the
  retirement division

Military Retirement benefits

• While military retirement is not divisible using
  a Qualified Domestic Relations Order  ("QDRO"),
  it is divisible using a Military Retired Pay
  Division Order.  
• If your divorce is already finalized, just
  complete the online QDRO checklist to get
  started, and we will request any additional
  information we need once we have reviewed the
  documents.
