  • STANDARD UNIFORM ITEMS Company Subsidy 50
  • Sales Department 5x business shirts, 1x Polo
  • Parts Service 6x business shirts/polos, 3x
    black cotton drill pants/cargo shorts (Men)
  • Detailers/Tech/Other 5x Shirts/Polos, 3x
    Cargos/Pants
  • Administration 5x business shirts, 1x polo
  • Sales Men Ladies (Sales, Admin, Service) are to
    wear their own black/dark slacks
  • GENERIC POLICY APPLIES TO ALL EMPLOYEES
  • Must be neatly groomed and professionally
    presented at all times.
  • Must wear the current uniform as supplied by the
    company
  • Uniforms must be clean, maintained and fitting
    correctly
  • Probation employees receive a uniform on loan
    until after their probation period at which time
    a uniform will be ordered
  • All subsidized uniform items must be embroidered
    to be eligible for tax claim
  • Upon termination all uniform items must be
    returned before termination pays are processed.
    Any monies owed for uniforms will be deducted
    from the termination pay.
  • Employees are responsible for checking their
    garments for faults/incorrect items. These must
    be returned to the department manager with the
    tags immediately. Delays may result in the
    employee having to pay for the garments.
  • Customer facing staff must wear name tags at all
    times
  • Any uniform items on account must be settled
    before a new batch can be ordered
  • Employees will receive a tax invoice and must
    complete the payment agreement before receiving
    their uniform items
  • All uniform orders must be approved by the
    relevant department manager
  • NON-STANDARD UNIFORM ITEMS
  • Polar fleece vest/jackets/beanies available from
    Toyota merchandise may be purchased from the
    Parts department and worn by the employee as part
    of their uniform. Prior approval from the
    department manager is required and subsidy is
    subject to approval.
  • Ladies knitted vests/cardigans in either black or
    red may be purchased by the employee and worn to
    compliment the uniform. These items will not be
    subsided by the company.

  • Consistent breech of the uniform policy will

    employees file.
