How to tackle the exam

• You have 1 ¾ hours for Paper 1. 1 hour should be
  spent on the first section.
• Use 10 minutes to read the texts carefully,
  underlining points of interest.
• Identify medium, purpose and audience of each.
  This will help inform your answers.
• Read questions carefully. Do not confuse
  presentational, structural and linguistic
  devices. This will seriously affect your grade.
