• Lack of Knowledge
• Begin by convening your field to inform,
  motivate, support (NM Statewide WK Conference)
• Provide training - basic, intermediate,
  specialized
• Create opptys to convene, share knowledge
  (listserv, regional meetings)

• Lukewarm support from the top
• Build initiative from field up
• Getting business buy-in
• Dont sell until you can deliver a product
• ID large, natl company, pilot WK, calculate ROI,
  and develop state case study
• Work with your economic developers (promote idea
  of workforce data to them)
