After Retiring from Law practice, Joseph Rafidi
started offering consultations for improving the
credit score. He counsels the victims of low
credit score on various credit issues and helps
them get rid of bed credit score. In this way, he
helps the people with poor credit history, be
eligible of availing loan facility. He not only
helps his clients repair their credit history,
but also acts as a volunteer SCORE counselor or
mentor. By mentoring, he helps people start and
expand their business. With his Presidential
Business Services which he launched recently, he
helps people increase their business credit score
and funding resources, and start and grow their
business. Joseph Rafidi represents the Combined
Insurance Company and offers free consultations
to business owners and professionals who need to
protect their income, cash flow, and key
employees.

SCORE is a non-profit organization that helps
small businesses start and grow their business
with the help of mentor ship. The association is
backed by the U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA) and is tun by more than 12,000 volunteers.
The volunteers share their knowledge and offer
advice for different business needs at no costs
or low costs. Being an established volunteer,
Joseph Rafid counsels people in person or through
mail. He shares his experience and knowledge and
offers free business tools, tips, and templates.
He guides business persons start off and then
grow their business. He makes businesses achieve
success and increase their profits.

Joseph Rafidi is also a member of various
community organizations which include The Penquin
club, The South County Democratic club, Curbstone
Coaches, and the Youngstown-Warren Regional
Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the organizing
committee to form the new South Avenue Merchant's
Association. The association will be a group that
will help business persons beautify and
strengthen the South Avenue Corridor. He studied
at Youngstown State university, Ohio and later
did Juries Doctorate from Thomas M Cooley law
College. He started his law firm in Ohio and
practiced for a considerable time. After retiring
from the firm, he started counseling services.
Joseph was elected to the Youngstown School Board
in 1975 and he was the youngest elected member to
the board.
