  little lighter on the vinegar.

• Empty a package of Alicante Dry Chimichurri mix
  into a mixing bowl.

• Add 8 tablespoons of water and 3-4 tablespoons of
  vinegar (white wine or red wine). Mix it well.

• Let the mixture sit and hydrate for about 10
  minutes.

• Add 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt to
  your taste.
• Stir the mixture together a final time.
