Ruth Kauff is an educated professional who is the
wife of James C. Kauff. Ruth is a multi-talented
person who can speak Spanish and has a nursing
degree. Her area of specialty is taking care of
elderly clients in need of intensive nursing
care. In addition, she has experience as an
electrician. Her husband is a Florida Licensed
Clinical Social Worker who works at The North
Star Centre located in Boca Raton, FL. He is
also a member of National Association of Social
Workers and has been contributing to mental
health care field for more than 30 years. He is
professionally educated, articulate, motivated
enthusiastic and works well with people. In
addition to his 17 years of consistent employment
at the North Star Centre, James Kauff has been
able to hone his inter-personal skills.

He has excellent communication skills and
displays effective leadership qualities in the
areas related to individual, family and group
therapies as well as rehabilitation therapy.
James shares an impressive rapport with his
clients and also provides extensive training of
elderly clients in social skills and activities
linked to daily living. In addition to this, he
also planned and then implemented numerous
recreational programs along with socialization
programs for the schizophrenic population.
Currently, he provides individual, couples
counseling, family and group therapy. Ruth
Kauff, being the lawfully wedded wife of James
Kauff, plays a significant role in his life. She

James is an alumnus of Adelphi University from
where he received his Master's Degree in Social
Work in 1987. In addition to this, he also holds
a Psychology and Communication Arts Degree and
has an extensive portfolio of experience in
counseling families, couples and individuals.
Besides this, he provides psychotherapy to
clients suffering from numerous kinds of
psychological disorders such as anxiety,
depression, stress management, eating disorders,
schizophrenia, substance abuse, addictions and
more. James exhibits keen interest in working
with children of single parent families and
geriatric clients. James has been associated with
Big Brothers and Big Sisters and he actively
volunteers for the American Cancer Society.

During his free time, he likes to involve himself
in playing Basketball, Baseball and Tennis which
are his favorite sports. James Kauff also has
experience in the area of sports reporting for a
major cable outlet.
