• These days, more and more celebs have been seen
  with pastel colored hair. From candy floss to dip
  dyed, it seems pink and other pastel colors have
  become quite the trend. Many think Grease's
  Frenchie was the pink hair pioneer and from that
  day forward, colorful hair was considered to be
  more of a theatrical mistake rather than a trend
  in fashion.
• On the other hand, stars like Pink, Kelly
  Osbourne and Lily Allen have turned to wearing
  colorful hair and it turns out that these shades
  can be flattering to many celebs attempting to be
  noticed. The fact is that hair color can make a
  big statement about your individuality.

• Of course for regular people, change does not
  need to be so dramatic. Techniques of under-
  coloring and dip dyeing can help add hints of
  color flashes to your hair that don't require as
  much maintaining as dying your entire head or
  hair.
• Pastel rinses add a high feel of fashion to
  lighter blonde hair and creates a tone that is
  somewhat more edgy than the norm. After all, it
  can't be denied. Color does add edge to every
  image and tends to complement your personality
  wonderfully.

• Finding hair dye that has a built in conditioner
  like sunflower oil, honey and beeswax is a good
  idea. This provides color that is gorgeous and

• For a lighter pink pastel, mix your hair color in
  a bowl with some hair conditioner before you
  apply this to your locks. For more intense
  results that last longer, use heat and a plastic
  cap for twenty-five minutes or so.
