01.- Chew more each bit of food.
We have to chew as much as possible each piece of
food, in this way we leave less work to our
stomach, we can go to the bathroom
without problems and we allow our stomach to send
a satisfaction message to our brain when we have
eaten the amount that we need.

02.- Reduce sugar consumption.
Refined sugar that is the bad sugar that we need
to avoid by all means or completely if it is
possible, what I mean for this is that we mustn't
drink soda, even light-soda, drink water instead
in the same way we have to avoid cakes candies
and chocolates

03.- Vegetables, fruits or nuts instead of bread
If we are hungry before the main meals, we can
eat fruits, vegetables even dried fruit.

04.- Make an exercise that you love.
A physical activity for the body is a must and
the easiest way to start is do what we enjoy the
most, in the case that it is not possible
you need to look for alternatives and otherwise
my suggestion is to walk.

05.- Avoid white bread.
White flour with refined sugar is a No, No in all
senses, donuts, cakes, white tortillas with jam,
etc.

I mean don't eat when you feel already satisfied.

07.- Avoid stress as much as possible.
Very often these stress feelings make you eat
more. Your brain needs carbohydrates to work
correctly, when we are in a stress situation our
brain demands a lot of energy and when we eat
in those moments only some part of that food goes
to the brain.

08.- Avoid processed food.
Look always for fresh food because packaged food
normally contains conservatives, colorants and
other flavor additives which work against our
body.

09.- Observe what you eat.
This simple fact will make us conscious of what
we must eat, what not, what is missing in our
dish and the correct amounts.

10.- Have a quality sleeping.
If you are not able to sleep correctly this
factor will cause you to eat more. You can feel
fatigued during the day and your movements are
going to be slow and you are not going to burn
calories as you should in normal circumstances.
