• Municipal Court moved to in 1984

• Limited waiting area
• Cramped employee working conditions
• No expansion capability

• Completed in March, 2001
• Municipal Court scheduled to use first and second
  floors
• Frost Bank exercised option to extend lease to
  December 2005
• Municipal Court move delayed

Remodeling Estimates

• 1,510,000 for design, construction and
  equipment/furnishings
• Will remodel second floor to include three
  courtrooms
• First floor left mainly as-is for office space
  and customer service
• Complete in 2006 or earlier if Frost Bank does
  not complete lease
