A 5 per family deposit is required to reserve
your space for Fun Camp. The deposit will be
returned to you the day of the conference when
you sign in. Make the checks payable to Family
Network on Disabilities. The deadline to
register for Fun Camp is August 12th, 2005. You
will need to provide snacks and diapers (if
needed) for your child. Lunch is provided.
