Utility Menu Fuel Pump Learning Value
Clearing
The ECM(ECU) always learns characteristic value
of fuel pump. This function is used to clear the
value of the fuel pump learning. It must be
performed after the fuel pump is changed. Put

Utility Menu MAF Correction
Perform this procedure after replacing the
PCM(ECU) and/or MAF/IAT Sensor. Put vehicle in
Neutral apply Parking Brake. Coolant
temperature 80 degC - 84 degC Air temperature
15 degC - 50 degC Barometric Pressure 93.33 -
119.99 kPa Turn the A/C blower motor switch
OFF. Turn all electric load switches OFF. Set the
steering wheel straight ahead. Depress the
accelerator pedal fully.
23
Utility Menu Injection Quantity Correction
Perform this procedure after replacing the PCM
(Engine ECU) and/or fuel injectors. Put vehicle
in neutral. Apply parking brake. Ensure battery
voltage is normal. Change the shift lever to the
neutral position or the select lever to
park. Start and warm up the engine. Coolant
temperature 65 degC - 95 degC Fuel temperature
30 degC - 60 degC
24
Utility Menu Check Mode
The Check Mode has more sensing ability to detect
malfunctions. A cycle of the ignition switch OFF
and ON returns to normal mode. If DST-PC switches
the ECM from the normal mode to the check mode or
vice-versa, or if the ignition switch is turned
from ON to ACC or OFF during the check mode, the
DTCs and Freeze Frame data will be erased.
25
Utility Menu Reset Memory
Use this function when the Automatic
Transaxle/Transmission assembly and the Valve
Body assembly are replaced.  This function is
used to delete what the ECT ECU has
