Jeffersonian concept of a community of scholars
and students living and working closely together,
combining theory with practice. - This 500-million partnership will transform a
30-acre, university-investment into a high-tech
research/office park with nearly three million

hotel and a conference center. - This project is expected to generate millions in
tax revenue and in workforce development,
