Recruitment Process
Client defines requirement and communicates with
Account Manager
Confirmations are done, AM reviews status every
30-60 days are agreed upon with client
A. M. initiates assignment and monitors progress
Recruiters search based on criteria defined in
all available databases, to form a shortlist
Client asks for schedules with candidates and AM
schedules them for interviews
Best qualified candidates are sent to client

Terms and Conditions
  • Client will state its recruitment of personnel
    with details of skills required.
  • CITPL will provide Client with Resumes of
    prospective/short-listed candidates for initial
    assessment.
  • Client will inform CITPL of candidates suitable
    for interview. Client will interview the
    candidates and inform CITPL of those found
    suitable for employment.
  • Terms -12.5 of the annual gross salary as
    mentioned in the Offer Letter.
  • Travel fare to outstation candidates will have to
    be reimbursed by Client only for Interview
    purpose as per the policy of the Client.

  • Free replacement if the candidate selected leaves
    Client before completing Three months.
  • CITPL will not refer or poach any Client
    employees to other company as prospective candidat
    es or vice versa.
  • Payment will be realized within a month of the
    selected candidate joining Client.
