  • Active voice is preferable to passive voice
  • We studied 15 patients with ARDS. is much

    by acronym for example, Orthotopic Liver

  • Write only one thought per sentence.
  • Eliminate unnecessary words
  • Ensure that verb tenses are consistent and
    correct
