sale, transport and delivery of alcoholic
beverages.

- Beer U Brew

- Any facility where the license holder provides
facilities for customers to make their own beer
and/or wines.
10Licence to represent a manufacturer
- Agent representatives of non-domestic
manufacturers to take, canvas for, receive or
solicit orders - Occasionally, an agent may work under contract
for a domestic manufacturer.
11Liquor Delivery Service
- Delivery of liquor to the public for a fee
- Liquor Sales Licence
- Licence for on-premise sale and consumption (bar,
restaurant, hotel)

- Licensees may have more than one type

- Applicant responsible for security, safety
sobriety of attendees - Must apply 30 days in advance (10 days for indoor
receptions) Form 1575 - Applicant must be 19 or older
- If organization, representative must be 19 or
older and have signing authority - Must be present for entire event
- Permit and sales receipt must be posted

- Chips, peanuts, popcorn are not an acceptable
substitute for food

37Outdoor Event
- Area must be defined and separated from
unlicensed area by 36 high barrier - At least 21 days before event must write
municipality, fire dept, police, health dept. - If in a tent, must write building department.
- Include copy of all letters and detailed sketch
of area with application. - Minimum 12 square feet per person

39 Homemade Wine/Beer
- May be served to all guests of a wedding or
religious event - May be served, but not sold
- Must be made by a member of the family hosting
the event

- For wine and beer clubs whose objects are

association - No service is allowed to the public
