their advanced coursework that they may already
have completed as part of their M.Sc. or MCA
degree programs, if related to the subject area
of their Ph.D., and if their M.Sc. or MCA degree
has been awarded by a reputed University (a list
of which is maintained by the PGP Chairman), and
if they have received a grade equivalent of B or
better in those courses. With such a transfer of
credits, students who already possess M.Sc. or
MCA degree need to complete only the following
additional course requirements in their Ph.D.
program at Amrita 18 credits of advanced PG
courses and 3 credits of minor course Students
who already possess M.Phil. Degree can
