Why is it?
  • The position exists to introduce the trainee to
    all aspects of hotel operations and in
    particular, the systems, procedures and
    philosophies of the Intercontinental Hotels
    Group.
  • The Traineeship also includes structured
    supervisory experience, which exposes the trainee
    to the skills of people management and forms the
    basis for further development.
  • The aim is to develop managers of the future for
    your hotel.

  • To build a talent pool and bench strength for
    middle managers in 2 to 3 years timeline

  • 18 months program, in different functions
    including HR, FO, HSKP, SM, FB, Fin (Sample
    program in Toolkit)
  • Recruit as Level 8 (Service associates/Supervisor)

  • 1-2 levels up upon successful completion of the
    program depending on performance (Performance
    management and succession planning)
