Location.

• The Galapagos Island is in Ecuador.
• The Islands is in west to Ecuador in the
  Pacific Ocean, approximately 600 miles (966 km)
  off the coast of Ecuador.

Weather.

• The Galapagos Islands is like the rest of Ecuador
  that has two seasons. The temperature is 85
  F(30 C). It is considered subtropical all
  year. The cold weather start from July to
  December.A warmer current called El Nino shapes
  the weather on the Islands from January to June.

Animals.

• 97 of the Galapagos Islands is now a national
  park. In the Galapagos Island, you can find
  penguins, marine land iguanas, frigate bird, blue
  feet birds, pega-pega trees, lava lizard, Giant
  tortoises, and Palo Santo trees in other varied
  vegetation.
