Service Request Desk

• Joan Guralnick Service Request Manager

• 24/7 coverage by student employees.
• Records service request when call comes in.
  Performs call-backs after an outage is back to
  normal.
• Communicates with security when fire/burglar
  alarms are received.
• Communicates with computing staff when network
  alarms are triggered either at WOU or within
  MINET.
• Joan's new duties include Student Lab Manager
