  • High, Rugged, Mountainous, Low Costal Plains,
    High Plateaus, Has Deserts
  • Main rivers Lio Bravo and Lerma Santiago
  • Pacific Ocean to west and Gulf of Mexico to the
    east
  • Sierra Madre is a mountain range

  • Average rainfall in the lowlands are below 50 mm.
  • There is snow in the north of Mexico during
    winter.
  • The temperatures in many places in Mexico usually
    reaches to the 80s in almost all seasons.
  • Average rainfall in the highlands and plateaus
    are around 200 mm. during the rainy season.
  • The rainy season runs between June and September
    in certain areas.
  • The dry season runs from October to May.
