• We do our best to fit your needs regardless of
  budget in the fastest most efficient way

  deadlines, we have flexible operation efficiency.

How we serve?

• Since the inception of FTP and WAV/Sound Format
  and multiple media protocols now available, we
  are using of such to the fullest to be well
  equipped for the best product design. We
  download dictations through a secured protocol
  namely FTP from you, process them into documents
  at our well-equipped operation center under
  direct supervision, and upload the highly
  accurate reports via the same medium to you. The
  type and use of protocol are customized as per
  your specifications.
•   We have two-level operations. We have capable
  pool of full-time MTs producing desired output.
  Our well-trained and qualified QA-level can work
  unconditionally and can produce direct-to-client
  quality complying to AAMT Guidelines for Quality
  Analyst compliance.
•   We understand the value of time and the
  deadline. We are currently working on 24, 48,
  and 72-hour turnarounds. Meeting the tight
  deadlines and working under pressure have always
  been the most accepted challenges.
•   No work is always perfect unless a machine is
  functioning on routine. We believe in welcoming
  feedbacks with corrective response. We construct
  comments into creative cues.

How we secure our services?

• The jobs we receive and the services that leave
  from us use the secured network connection. The
  details of such protocols used are considered
  highly confidential under the HIPAA codes.
  Moreover, an encryption software is utilized to
  encrypt/decrypt every single job in transit to
  check any untoward interventions. We offer you a
  complete encryption package inclusive of a free
  software with passwords to be used. An encrypted
  document always needs a password to be decrypted
  and edited.

• Spare Capacity We are a group of eight
  professionals. Four MTs and three QAs consist
  our esteemed team along with one full-time system
  administrator. In addition, two of the MTs are
  also trained for backup technical assistance. A
  permanent roster of three people under on-the-job
  training is created to serve as a continuous
  reserve.

• We have managed two different Electricity Power
  Services that provide backup even if one power
  supply is interrupted. Furthermore, we have UPS
  backup that support 10 Intel P4 systems for one
  hour.

• Regarding Internet Connection, we have 24 hours
  128 Kbps Internet connection from World Link, the
  premier ISP in Nepal with 30-hour dial-up backup
  each from two other leading ISPs.
