• The Chinese made porcelain by mixing white clay,
  with sand and powdered rock. It was then baked
  for several days in a hot oven to harden it.
• This porcelain is called china all over the
  world.

  during the Tang dynasty (A.D. 618-907).
• It is also used in firecrackers.
