Invoice Apps

• INVOICE
• Please click on the invoices icon found from the
  list of Apps which will be displayed.
• If you are not able to see the Invoices icon,
  scroll and see the next set with the scroll
  arrow.
• If the Invoice App is not found, go to App store
  from where you would be able to add this App.
• On clicking invoices you can see the invoice
  dashboard. click create for creating new
  invoice field.

Invoice Map

• Invoicing Map gives a clear idea of how the
  invoice App is integrated with other Apps.
• Shows how products and services are included for
  the customer.
• Shows how it is connected to Customers and to
  identify the customer whom is invoicing.
• Shows how it is connected to other invoice and
  tasks from other apps.
• Shows how it is communicated to the customer.
• Overall this is a clear map on how Invoice App is
  connected to all other Apps in Apptivo.
• Once you click on the green Go to Invoice App
  will take you into the App.

To Create Quick Invoice

• Once you click on the create quick invoice it
  will take you into the App.
• Here shows the sample invoices list for the
  customer.

To Select Invoice option

• On clicking create invoice ,the window will
  suggest the question to be include in the invoice
  structure.
• Whether your invoice structure is service
  oriented, select services option.
• Whether your invoice structure is product/items
  oriented, select Items option.
• Whether your invoice structure is includes both
  field, select both option.

Service Invoice Template
Service Invoice will appears on selecting service
invoice alone.

Item Invoice Template
Items/products Invoice will appears on selecting
Items invoice alone.

Product and Service Invoice Structure

• Customer Field- Explained in detail in Slide 9.
• Service Field-You could add information's related
  to the service provided to the customer.
• Products/Item Field-This field you could define
  the Product purchased by the customer.
• Calculation field will show the final Total

Invoice Structure-Customer field

• You can search and select already existing
  customer data's if you already have Customers
  info in Customer App. You could also add new
  Customers by clicking on New.
• Invoice number will be generated automatically.
• Enter Date of invoice.
• Select Payment term from the drop down menu.
• You can provide notes to the customer using the
  section Note to Customer.
• Use the Dsicount field if you want to provide
  any discount to the customer.

To create invoice from project

• You can create invoice for project or another
  invoice on clicking the dropdown of create
  invoice form". Here is sample invoice from the
  project.
• If you select Project the steps will follow as
  of creating a invoice related to a project which
  will be listed.

Recording Payment

• Select view on one of the invoice from the
  dashboard which will show the details of the
  invoice.
• You could either email the invoice.
• Print the Invoice
• Record Payment once a payment is received for
  that invoice.

Recording payment from customer

• Choose payment date on which date the payment got
  received , Payment type from the drop down menu,
  Reference number if any.
• If you have any notes to be captured about the
  payment you could use the Notes section.
• Click save to record payment.
