  when there is no external sound to be heard.
• Not a disease but a symptom.
• It has many possible causes.

• Abnormally loud sounds in the ear canal. (e.g.
  In-ear headphones, with volume levels above
  medium)
• Ear infections
• Some types of nasal problems.
• Muscle tension.
• And many, many more reasons

CAN I GET RID OF IT?

• Maybe
• There are multiple types of supposed treatments
  that might or might not work.
• Expensive and difficult surgeries.
• Low-pitched sound treatment.
• Electrical stimulation.
• Some drugs have been tested with mediocre results.

SO WHAT DID I DO?

• I started suffering from tinnitus when I was just
  14. Has been the most horrible thing in my life
  for the last 8 years.
• 3 months ago, I stumbled upon a completely

• It has diminished the sound to the extent of
