• Joe Szlamnik is a well-qualified professional who
  graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
  History in 1984, from San Francisco State
  University in San Francisco, CA. After
  graduating, he completed his Masters Degree in
  Organizational Management from Graduate School of
  Business, University of Phoenix in 2002.

• Since April 2009, he has been serving as a
  Vocation Specialist for Hyde Street Community
  Services in San Francisco, CA. From 2004 to 2005,
  he worked as an Insurance Associate at Chris Di
  Giacomo Insurance Agency in San Francisco. Apart
  from this, in 2003, he also owned the Farmers
  Insurance Agency in Burlingame, CA.

• He is presently pursuing a Masters in Counseling
  Psychology, focusing on marriage and family
  therapy at the University of San Francisco. Prior
  to this, Joe earned a Drug and Alcohol Studies
  Certificate from City College of San Francisco in
  2010.

  Counselor through the California Certification
  Board of Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation
  Counselors and a registered Addiction Specialist
  through The Breining Institute, Joe believes that
  dysfunctional emotions are one of the main
  reasons for physical illness and that it is
  necessary to find out a holistic method to cope
  with these emotions, in order to help an
  individual achieve the state of well-being.

• With a strong belief in working for the welfare
  of the underprivileged, he has significantly
  contributed in various charitable causes like
  Just Cause, American Heart Association, The
  Salvation Army, Hyde Street Community Services,
  American Leukemia Society, The Mended Hearts,
  AIDS Walk.

• Since 1997, Joe Szlamnik has been actively
  supporting public service. He is presently
  working as a Vocational Specialist for the Hyde

  and Alcohol Counselor through the California

  Rehabilitation Counselors.
