Definitions

Proceeds the 0.65 each girl makes for every box
of cookies sold
Additional Proceeds the optional .05 each girl
can make from every box of cookie sold

Growth Incentives the additional .03 a girl
receives once she sells 1,000 boxes of cookies
(applied from box one)
Incentivesthe fun items animals, blankets,
balls, gloves, journals, etc created each year to
provide goals for girls

Troop Girl Roles

• Everything is girl-led in Girl Scouts. Girls

Parent Role

• Use Parent Permission Responsibility Form
• Responsible for cookies received monies owed
• File appropriate paperwork if applicable

Early Achiever 150 boxes by January 20th
Early Troop Achiever 150 boxes per girl in the
troop by January 20 (per girl average)

• Incentives delivered mid -late May
